3 bricks of Coco Coir – Great substitute for peat moss if making your own potting soil or topping up raised beds.  With a neutral pH and great drainage, add quality air to water ratio in soil mix.  Each brick expands to 0.26-0.33cu ft (2-2.5gal) of wetted coir.

We mix 50-60% compost, 5-10% perolite and  40-50% coco coir when making potting soil, no lime needed for an ideal pH for the majority of plantings.

Place in bin and add water and let soak for an hour, you can always add more water but its harder to amend over watered coco coir.
