Greenhouse Tomato
We typically grow 600 ft of green house tomatoes. But have decided to cut back one row to experiment growing baby ginger this year. We typically graft 4-6 varieties into the tunnel and they are delicious!
Storage
Store tomatoes on the counter not in the fridge. You can tell the ripeness of the tomato looking at the color of the bottom of the tomato slowly darkening from the bottom to the top during counter ripening stage.
