Scallions, green onions or whatever you call them have a mild onion flavor and are delicious raw or cooked.


Store green onions in the fridge for a week or more.

Cooking Tips

Use the whole plant, typically we use the green tops as long as the knife cuts them easily up to the last inch or two. The green part taste similar to chives.
