Fresh or ‘spring’ onions are harvested and put in your basket. Fresh onions are sweeter than cured storage onions.


Fresh onions will keep in a bag in the fridge or in the crisper for 1 to 2 weeks.

Cooking Tips

Slice fresh onions legthwise with greens and grill or roast them. Fresh onions are great for salsas. Great sauteéd with summer quash. Or pickled!
