Fennel bulb has a sweet licorice flavor with a crunchy texture.


Store in crisper for up to a week.  Separate frills and store in a plastic bag if you would like to make them last. 

Cooking Tips

All parts of the fennel plant are great. The fronds can be a great addition to salads, pastas. The bulb can be eaten raw thinly slice or can be brasied, sauteéd, grilled or roasted.
