When you sign up for the season if you let us know what you do not like from our growing list we will avoid packing that item in your box.
If you want to add items to your share you are welcome to order from our online store for pickup. You will receive 20 weeks worth of veggies valued at $20/week . If you miss your box we cannot carry over the value to the next week. We will reach out in case you miss to try and get you your share that we packed. We also come back into town Thursday morning (at Regency mall parking deck 10-10:45 AM) in case you forget to come Wednesday!
If you know you will miss more than 5 shares of the season please just reach out. We are happy to work with you and don’t have a strict limit on cancelations but would like to plan accordingly, if you will be missing a large chunk of the shares. Cancelations need to be made at the latest Thursdays the week before expected pickup date! This gives us a chance to post your inventory elsewhere and you will receive a full in store credit of $20. Coupon can be used in our online store for extra produce, meats, eggs etc. Coupons expire at the end of the season!
We take off from CSA the whole month of August!!!!
We also offer a 1-year membership, with 10% in store credit. This is a great option if you know that you can’t always make the CSA pickup but want to order lots of veggies through the year.
- Members MUST pick up their box within the designated pick up times for their location, or forfeit their box for the week. We try out best to contact you in case you miss and offer the chance to meet us at Regency on Thursdays!
- Cancelations need to be made at the latest Thursdays the week before expected pickup date!
- In order to get a refund please email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request ‘cancel pickup’
- Shares will not be in totes this year. There was too much empty space taken up in the cooler and in delivery. This year we will bring CSA shares in bulk bins and we recommend you bring your own bags. We will have grocery bags in case!
