We love growiong Hakurei turnips, they are delicious crisp, juicy and tender.


Cut the greens off from the roots and store them seperately in the fridge. Roots will last a few weeks in the crisper.

Cooking Tips

Delicious raw, cooked or pickled. Slice them raw and eat as a snack. Or add them to a salad. Roast them or throw them in a pressure cooker with some veggie or chicken stock. Delicious! The greens are great cooked as well!
