Raw, Local Honey From Our Own Hives

Harvested seasonally from about 14 hives right here on the farm — raw, filtered, and never heated. No shipping, just honey straight from us to you.

About Our Honey

Six Years of Beekeeping, Right Here on the Farm

We've been keeping bees on the farm for about six years, and we currently manage around 14 hives. It's a small, hands-on operation — not a large commercial apiary — which means every harvest comes directly from bees working our own fields and forest edges.

Our honey is raw and filtered — strained to remove wax and bits of comb, but nothing is added and nothing is heated or pasteurized. What you get is as close to what's in the hive as we can bottle it.

Because we don't heat it, our honey may naturally crystallize over time. That's not a flaw — it's actually one of the clearest signs you're getting the real, raw thing.

Why It's Different

Raw. Unheated. Seasonal.

Never Heated

We don't pasteurize or heat our honey, so its natural texture, flavor, and enzymes stay intact.

Common Questions

Honey FAQ

Is your honey raw?

Yes. Our honey is raw and filtered, never heated or pasteurized, straight from our hives here on the farm.

Do you ship honey?

No, we don't ship. Honey is local pickup only at the farm in Louisa, Virginia.

How many hives do you have?

We keep about 14 hives on the farm and have been beekeeping for around six years.

When is honey harvested?

Honey is harvested seasonally in limited batches. Check current availability in our shop or call/text us directly.

Why did my honey turn cloudy or solid?

That's natural crystallization, which happens to raw, unheated honey over time. It's still good — just set the jar in warm water to soften it back up.
