We grow a mix of sweet Italian roasting peppers and orange bell peppers.


Peppers store for about 5 days in a plastic bag in the fridge. Store away from ethylene-producing fruit.

Cooking Tips

Peppers are great raw or cooked. Italian peppers are great stuffed then roasted. They go great in salads and sandwiches.
