Storage
Beets will store for weeks with the greens cut off in the fridge. Store the greens seperately in a plastic bag in the fridge.
Cooking Tips
Beets in the same familiy as spinach, so the greens are great steamed or cooked! The beetroot can be boiled, steamed, or eaten raw sliced thin. Beets are also great cooked and then picked or mixed with other ingredients for condiments and dressings.
