Baby kale another Brassica is a great addition to your kitchen. Tastier, more ender and more palatable than mature kale, baby kale is a great side dish.
Storage
This will store just fine in the bag provided, in the fridge. This is a super clean green, since it grows much higher off the ground compared to spinach!
Cooking Tips
Some ideas for baby kale include a simple sauté with a clove of garlic and olive oil and sprinkle of salt. A touch of balsamic vinegar, and or orange juice etc at the end of the sauté is delicious. Other uses include salads, as toppers or added to stews. We always throw in some cooking greens when making root veggies in the pressure cooker!
