A peppery green originating in the Mediterranean region. Arugula is in the Brassica family.

Storage

Store arugula in bag provided in your box. The key is to keep air and humidity in the bag. Avoid squezing out the air or tying the bag off. Simply folding the bag over in the fridge will work just fine! Shelf-life will decrease if standing water is visble or condensing on bag.

Cooking Tips

Most commonly used in salads, on pizza, or cooked in stews. Pairs well with eggs, sandwiches, grains or roasted veggies.
